- Keep it Short: For the perfect crackle and flame, always trim your wood wicks to about 1/8” to 1/4” before relighting. Simply pinch off the burnt black wood using your fingers or a wick trimmer.
- Give it Time: On the very first burn, let the candle stay lit until the melted soy blend reaches all edges of the glass.
- Don't Fret the Relight: If the wick extinguishes on your first try, don't worry! Wood wicks sometimes need 2-3 tries to draw the wax up the wood to keep the flame fueled.
