What type of candles does Queen City Posh sell?

Can I use a candle warmer for my candle?
Yes! Use the lowest temperature setting of your electric candle warmer and follow manufacturers safety precautions.
Why did my candle change color?
If your candle has turned yellow don't worry! This is normal with candle usage as our candles do not contain any dyes.
What is your processing time?

When will I receive my shipment?

Why did my candle arrive melted?
Candles can soften or melt when shipping in warm temperatures. Queen City Posh is not liable if candles melt when subjected to warm temperatures for long periods of time. We strongly advise that you have your package delivered to an air conditioned location or indoor mail location such as a P.O.Box or office. Closely watch your tracking number or arrange to have someone collect your package as soon as it is delivered. Melted items do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
