Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 3 business days.  Business days do not include weekends, or US holidays.  Please allow additional time for processing and shipping during major US holidays or if there is inclement weather. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email that your package has been shipped along with the tracking number.

Delivery Time

Time of delivery is an estimate and varies based on the shipping method selected. Time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. Queen City Posh is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events that are beyond our control such as inclement weather, labor strikes, transportation, Covid-19 or pandemic related issues, or any act of nature.

International Shipping

At this time Queen City Posh does not ship outside of the United States.
